1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the jll66 platform, including the website at jll66.com and all associated gaming services accessible through your jll66 account. 4. Account Rules

Where duplicate accounts are identified, jll66 may suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and withhold any related balances pending investigation.

6. Gaming Rules

jll66 uses random number generators (RNG) and live-streamed gameplay where applicable. Game outcomes are final once settled. In cases of technical failure during a game, jll66's decision on how to resolve the session is final.
jll66 reserves the right to void bets or game results where a technical error, incorrect odds, or system malfunction has been identified. Voided bets will result in a full stake refund to the player's account balance.
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots, scripted play or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or rule violations, jll66 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned. If misconduct is confirmed, jll66 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full.
Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting jll66 support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to completed KYC.
11. Limitation of Liability
jll66 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While jll66 takes reasonable measures to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jll66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunity during outages, delays in payment processing or losses resulting from your own gaming decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12. Changes to These Terms
